DetailsWhat a home inspection does not include
A home inspection is visual and non-invasive. I don't open walls, move furniture or stored items, or test for mould, radon or asbestos as part of a standard inspection. If I see signs of a problem that needs a specialist, I'll say so in the report and tell you which kind of specialist to call.

Homes over 3,000 sq ft or built before 1975 may cost more. Taxes extra.
